Michael Anderson is the owner and principle contractor of Harbortown Construction, LLC, a residential remodeling and renovation company serving homeowners in The Villages, FL. With a passion for craftsmanship and a sharp eye for detail, Michael specializes in transforming homes through thoughtful design, quality materials, and precise execution.

Michael continues as the fourth generation of builders in his family on the belief that successful projects begin with strong communication and end with lasting value. He works closely with each client to understand their vision, ensuring every renovation aligns with both their lifestyle and the character of their home. From concept to completion, Michael is hands-on throughout the process, maintaining high standards and accountability at every stage.
